I was a smoker for almost 30 years and 14 years ago I managed to quit.

All I can say is that I loved to smoke, for a long time I thought I would never be able to quit. But I tried for almost 10 years, even if it was only for a day, or for a few hours 😁

I’m proud of myself – I quit smoking when I didn’t have any help, gadgets, and honestly, I’m still amazed that I managed it! I want to share my experience because I know that a lot of people want to quit but have lost hope.
