Lately I’ve been quieter, but my life has been like a roller coaster.
I could say that I made the transition from the 50’s to the 60’s in a big way 😊
2021 was the year I stepped into a magical world, unseen but full of meaning. A world that brought me answers and solutions, a world that shows me every day how rich our life can be if we go beyond physicality, human desires and ephemeral expectations.
This is a world that I want to bring close to you, those who are looking for meaning and answers to your problems.
I don’t have all the answers, maybe I don’t have the ones you expect, but I definitely have some answers from my experience 😊
In 2022, I continued to live and experience, I received a challenging-birthday present, and I got my first tattoo that symbolizes my rebirth from my own ashes.
I spent time with my brother and my nephew.
Ianis came to Uk with the other grandma’, we went to Legoland and spent wonderful time with him!
After 3 years of delays, we finally went on holiday to Turkey, where I saw the first sunrise in my life!
But the greatest experience was the trip to Romania. Everything was amazing!
It started in my home town, where I met dear friends, and shared wonderful memories.
In the mountains we had a wonderful weather, we visited fairytale places, but above all we spent priceless time with family and close friends.
And last but not least, I got to hug my eldest boy and his beautiful family, and to be able to wish “Happy Birthday” to Ianis, in person, and had a nice walk through Bucharest.
I came back home exhausted from all the emotions, from the trips, from driving, from too much food and drink 😊, but with a soul full of gratitude for every moment.
I slowly returned to normality, with an extraordinary energy and I want to channel towards what represents my dear project: What About Me Therapy
I wanted to share these personal things because I want you to know that healing is possible, there are solutions to your problems, all you need to do is keep your hopes up even in the most difficult moments.
Enjoy life, make from smallest things reasons to be grateful, be open and flexible and you will feel how reality changes around you.
